Airbnb and Philadelphia Soccer 2026 have announced a partnership to provide free SEPTA Broad Street Line rides home for fans after FIFA World Cup 2026 matches played in Philadelphia. The initiative is designed to expand safe and reliable transportation access for attendees and help fans fully participate in the tournament experience without worrying about getting home.

Philadelphia is one of the host cities for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which runs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Airbnb is an official partner of the tournament, and this tie-up with the local organizing committee extends that relationship into practical fan infrastructure.

The Broad Street Line is Philadelphia's main north–south subway corridor, running through the heart of the city and connecting South Philadelphia — where Lincoln Financial Field is located — directly to Center City and points north. Free post-match rides on the line remove a friction point for the large crowds expected at World Cup games and reduce pressure on road traffic around the stadium.

The partnership reflects a broader pattern of Airbnb embedding itself into the logistics and experience of major sporting events, going beyond accommodation to position the platform as a full travel partner for international tournament visitors.
