lastminute.com Names Ludovic Boisseau Chief Financial Officer

lastminute.com is changing CFO weeks before its Q3 results: Ludovic Boisseau takes over from Diego Fiorentini on 16 November 2026, the company announced on 12 October.

Boisseau joins the Group ahead of that date to work with the outgoing CFO during the transition and becomes part of the management team from his first day. Fiorentini, who is stepping down after nearly three years to pursue his next professional mission, remains CFO until 15 November to oversee the Q3 reporting cycle, then stays through year-end to support the handover. The company credits him with strengthening financial discipline, a focus on cash generation, working capital and cost efficiency, and turning treasury and payments into a value-generating function.

The incoming CFO

Boisseau spent eight years as CFO of Primagaz France and most recently served as CFO of BlaBlaCar. Earlier roles include senior leadership and transformation positions at IVC Evidensia, Parella and Europcar France.

CEO Alessandro Petazzi said he was "delighted to welcome Ludovic to lastminute.com," thanked Fiorentini for his contribution, and said Boisseau's experience will support financial capabilities, a simpler operating model and the use of AI. Boisseau said he looks forward to working with Petazzi and the senior team "to build an AI-powered travel company."
