Two revenue management vendors are becoming one. Duetto has acquired FLYR Hospitality from FLYR, the airline retailing technology company. The price was not disclosed.

FLYR Hospitality, which used to be called Pace, brings an AI-driven revenue strategy platform. Duetto says its pricing engine and business intelligence tools will speed up its own AI work and product roadmap.

Duetto CEO Alex Zoghlin said the company bought FLYR Hospitality "for what its technology and talented team can do." He pointed to its pricing science and its plain-language business intelligence. Combined with Duetto's machine learning platform, its revenue management system and data from HotStats, he said, hoteliers would get a route to better performance. Duetto's stated aim is to give hoteliers a full view of their commercial performance and the technology to improve it.

Lukas Hughes, chief product officer at FLYR Hospitality, said the two companies' visions for the industry closely align and that joining forces would unlock a new phase of growth.

Background

FLYR bought Pace about four years ago. Duetto itself changed hands in 2024, when it was acquired by GrowthCurve Capital.

What it means for hotels

If you use either product, expect product and support changes as the two are brought together. The announcement does not say what happens to the FLYR Hospitality platform as a standalone product, so it is worth asking your account manager about roadmap, contract terms and data handling before renewal. More broadly, the deal is another sign of consolidation among revenue management vendors, which narrows the field for independent hotels choosing a pricing tool.
