Duetto Acquires FLYR Hospitality, Folding Automated Revenue Management Into Its Platform
Sarah
Hotel revenue-management software consolidated further on 8 October 2026, as Duetto announced it has acquired FLYR Hospitality. For independent hotels, it means a new route to fully automated pricing inside a larger platform.
Duetto, a revenue and profit software provider for hotels, now owns FLYR Hospitality, a provider of automated revenue management and business intelligence (BI). The acquisition adds FLYR's AI-first revenue strategy platform, its BI tool and its wider AI capabilities to Duetto's Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS).
What Duetto gets
Duetto's suite already covers revenue management, group business, AI-powered insights and profit benchmarking through HotStats, which Duetto acquired in 2025. According to Duetto, the deal was driven by FLYR's technology and talent:
- FLYR's pricing engine models a range of demand scenarios, improves through reinforcement learning and updates prices in real time.
- FLYR's BI tool lets users ask business questions in plain language.
- FLYR is strong with independent hotels and small chains, which supports Duetto's aim of offering enterprise-level tools to hotels of all sizes.
What changes for hoteliers
Duetto plans to combine FLYR's products with HotStats' profitability data to give hotels a view of both top-line and bottom-line performance, an approach it calls "performance engineering". Hoteliers will be able to choose between Duetto's configurable products, which offer full control, and FLYR's fully automated revenue management system and BI tool, without switching platforms. Existing customers of both companies will continue to receive support.
