Agoda is widening its accommodation supply through a wholesale partner, a move that matters to any property distributing through B2B channels such as RateHawk.
Agoda and Emerging Travel Group (ETG), the travel technology company behind the RateHawk, ZenHotels and Roundtrip brands, have announced a strategic partnership to expand accommodation supply and distribution across their platforms and to cross-sell each other's services.
What the deal covers
Agoda will connect to ETG's global hotel supply through the RateHawk API. The companies say this adds millions of accommodation options in Europe, the United States, Latin America and the Middle East to Agoda's platform.
Why Asia-Pacific matters
According to the announcement, East and Southeast Asia are among ETG's top five destination markets. Bookings in the region grew by an average of 30% in 2026, and Asia-Pacific bookings are growing at a double-digit annual rate.
Comments from the companies
Danil Dachkevitch, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Agoda, said travelers' discovery is becoming less linear and that the partnership combines Agoda's understanding of Asia and global reach with ETG's diverse supply. "Wherever their journey begins, we want them to find accommodation that suits their trip," he said.
Erik Akhmetgaliev, Regional Director APAC at RateHawk, said ETG's inventory is valued by B2B partners and the deal will extend its reach to travelers worldwide and strengthen RateHawk's presence in Asia-Pacific. "The RateHawk API enables us to connect this inventory with partners efficiently and seamlessly," he said.
Nikita Elagin, Managing Director of ETG's Consolidator Business Unit, said Asia-Pacific is an important market for ETG's leisure and corporate customers and that Agoda has a particularly strong hotel portfolio in the region.
