Trip.com Group to Report Q1 2026 Results on June 25
Sarah
Trip.com Group has set the date for its first quarter 2026 results. The numbers will be published on Thursday, June 25, before trading opens on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. For anyone tracking demand out of China and the wider Asia-Pacific market, this is the date to circle.
The company confirmed the schedule in a Form 6-K filed with the SEC on June 11. Its audit committee meets on Wednesday, June 24, Hong Kong time, to approve the results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, ahead of publication the next morning.
Management will host a conference call at 8:00 PM US Eastern Time on June 24, which is 8:00 AM on June 25 in Hong Kong. The call will be webcast live at investors.trip.com, with a replay archived there for twelve months. Participants need to pre-register to receive dial-in details and an access PIN.
Trip.com Group is the last of the big listed OTAs to close out the first quarter. Booking Holdings, Expedia Group and Airbnb all reported their Q1 numbers back in the spring, so these results will complete the picture of how the major platforms started 2026.
There is more than the usual interest in this report. The company is currently facing a securities class action in the US tied to its AI pricing rollout, and analysts will be listening for any comment on that during the call. The quarter's figures will also show whether Chinese outbound travel, a key growth engine for the group's Trip.com, Ctrip, Qunar and Skyscanner brands, has kept up its momentum.
For hotel and short-term rental operators, the practical value is in the detail. Trip.com Group's results usually include booking volume and outbound travel trends that signal where Asian demand is heading into the peak summer season. If your market depends on inbound guests from China or the wider region, the June 25 numbers are worth a look before you lock in late-summer pricing.
