Klook opens its single-link creator storefront to 30,000 affiliates in 88 markets

Klook is turning its affiliate programme into a storefront, which changes where a traveller's booking decision actually happens: inside a creator's own shop rather than on a platform search page.
Klook has opened Kreator Shops — a single-link affiliate storefront — to its entire network of travel content partners. The feature is now live for more than 30,000 creators across 88 markets.
From links to storefronts
Kreator Shops launched in March 2026 as a pilot with roughly 150 "Kreators" in the Philippines. Klook describes the general rollout as a "natural next step" from its earlier model of individual affiliate links.
The mechanic: instead of a separate affiliate link tied to each post, a creator gets one consolidated link containing all of their recommendations — hotels, transport, experiences, food and beverage and other offerings. Creators can also embed social-native content inside the storefront itself.
Klook launched the Kreator Program with personalised affiliate links in 2023. Participants get access to more than 1,500 experiences across eight destinations to feature in their content. Entry requires a minimum follower count of 1,000, rising to 5,000 in the Philippines and Hong Kong and 8,000 in Taiwan.
The pitch
"Influence isn't disappearing, but what it means to be influential is changing," said Marcus Yong, VP of global marketing at Klook. "Follower counts and reach are only one aspect of influence, with trust being the key currency that actually drives action."
Yong said Klook's role is "to give Kreators the tools, access and opportunities to build on that trust, while giving them more ownership over how they curate, share and earn," adding: "We're constantly dialing up on community-building to keep making this a program Kreators actually want to stay in."
Context
Phocuswright's F is for Funnel: Social Media and the Path to Travel Purchase report found that two thirds of travellers who use social media have made a purchase or decision based on content they saw there.
The move also lands against a broader shift of booking into social surfaces. TikTok formally announced in-app booking with TikTok GO earlier this year following a test the previous summer, naming Expedia, Trip.com, Booking.com, Viator and GetYourGuide among partners. Klook itself partnered with TikTok on booking integration for the Kreator programme in 2024.
Why it matters
A creator storefront that carries accommodation alongside activities is a distribution channel that a property does not control and cannot easily price against. For operators in Klook's stronger APAC markets, the practical question is whether their inventory is eligible to appear in these shops at all — and on what commission.
