Guesty Adds Faye Travel Protection to Its Marketplace, With Commission for Property Managers
Sarah
Property managers on Guesty can now offer guests whole-trip protection from Faye and earn commission on each plan sold. Faye is listed in the Guesty Marketplace for North America.
How it works
Eligible Guesty customers get a unique Faye partner link. They can add it to automated post-booking and pre-arrival messages. Guests who follow the link can get a quote and buy protection directly from Faye.
Faye's plans can cover eligible non-refundable accommodation costs if a traveller cancels for a covered reason. Faye handles guest assistance and claims, which the two companies say could cut the time managers spend on cancellation and refund requests. Faye also offers 24-hour support, travel alerts and digital reimbursements for approved claims.
Link-based, not a deep integration
The partnership works through a tracking link rather than a native technical integration. Guesty says this lets managers start offering the product without development work or a long setup. The commission rate has not been disclosed.
Faye co-founder and CEO Elad Schaffer said: "By partnering with Guesty, we're making it easy for property managers to offer their guests whole-trip protection." He pointed to an added revenue stream "without adding more work for their teams."
Context
Faye joins other insurance and risk-management products already in the Guesty Marketplace, including travel protection from other providers.
